This is a funky Greenpoint hotel in a renovated factory – the hotel is located in a more industrial, off the beaten path area – which is also 2 blocks from our apt – and falls in the medium price range ($269/night). This boutique hotel is located right across the Williamsburg bridge in the Lower East Side. Great location, lots to see and do, only a 10 minute cab ride from the weekend’s activities. It falls in the mid-price range – $225/night. To be MOST cost-effective, we suggest AirBnBing a neat-o apartment in Williamsburg or Greenpoint, which is where all the festivities will take place.
